Childhood Abuse & the CES Letter Destroyed Bailey’s Faith…Until Jesus Rebuilt Her from the Dust
“Those answers just don’t matter as much as my relationship with my Savior. It’s like a weight system, you know? I’m not gonna give up something that’s so important to me for the tiny weight of this one particular answer. I’m weighing my options, and I’m gonna choose Christ every time because He is who put me back together and it doesn’t matter if I really believe in polygamy or not. He was there, so I’m with Him.” Tickets to the Come Back to Christ Event: www.comebackpodcast.org 00:00 Abandonment and Doubt 00:57 Live Event Announcement 04:50 Family Upheaval and Abuse 08:06 Speaking Up and Silence 21:21 CES Letter and Marriage Strain 31:09 Years of Doubt 38:59 Scriptures Rebuild Faith 43:32 Healing and Hard Questions Serve Clothing code COMEBACK for 15% off https://serveclothing…. Jim was a Drug Dealer on the Streets of Chicago…Until God Showed Him His Future
“ You really become a new person. You become who you are, who you really are… It took me a little bit of time. It didn’t happen overnight for me. But when I decided to change, when I really wanted to change…The other time that I tried to change, I didn’t pull the Savior in much. It was, ‘I’m gonna stop. I’m gonna change friends.’ This time was different. I really put the effort in to bring Him into my life.” Tickets to the Come Back to Christ Event: www.comebackpodcast.org 00:00 Rock Bottom 00:48 Podcast Event Announcement 07:34 Early Substance Experimentation 11:26 Hard Drugs Arrests and Wake Up Call 20:50 Homeless After Graduation 22:12 Rock Bottom Dream Warning 23:30 Return Home Spiritual Reset 25:09 Mission Struggles Coming Clean 30:26 Made Whole Through Christ Mike’s Auto Shack https://mikesautoshack… Serve Clothing code COMEBACK for 15% off https://serveclothing…. Marley’s Faith Crisis Pulled Her Away from the Church….and Why She Decided to Stay
“ The answer to every question or concern that anybody ever has is that it will all be okay because of the Atonement of Jesus Christ. That is what it’s for. That is why they say the first principle of the gospel is faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. It is real life. It’s not just something that we tell Primary kids because it’s cute, and we turned it into a cute little story and song. It is real. Start there. I came to really love my Savior, and He came to really help me.” 00:00 Facebook Post Sparks Questions 04:49 Marley’s Childhood 13:07 Sacred Grove Testimony 23:08 Mission Struggles And Family Addiction 34:44 Overwhelmed And Doubting 39:29 Choosing To Stay 51:45 Faith Choice And Imperfect Church 56:48 Healing Through Christ Purchase Come Back to Christ Event 2026 Tickets Here: www.comebackpodcast.org Memor Jewelry code COMEBACK for 10% off https://memorjewelry.com/ Serve Clothing code COMEBACK for 15% off https://serveclothing…. Watson left the Church – and then his mother’s prayers brought him back to Christ
“My mother prayed me back. She worked in the temple for years and years and years. I know I was on that prayer list. Prayers of mothers are some of the most powerful things on this earth. Cade grew up less active – then the Book of Mormon changed everything
“The choice to stay and the choice to keep your faith in Christ is so vital. Especially when things don’t go your way or they don’t make sense, it’s so easy to just fall into this mindset of not believing anymore or talking yourself out of the miracles you’ve experienced or the prayers that have been answered and experiences you’ve had. That choice is just beyond powerful.” — Recommended by Cade: -Church History Matters podcast, especially episodes 12 and 17 (regarding questions about plural marriage): episode 12: https://www.podbean.com/ew/pb-up975-1416393 episode 17: https://www.podbean.com/ew/pb-nfphf-1442d0c -talk by Lawrence Corbridge, “Stand Forever” (BYU speeches): https://share.google/ZR9Clkf3tAonqOuwf — 00:00 Faith Shaken Fast 02:30 Family Steps Away 04:51 Sister’s Farewell Awakening 09:35 Grounded in the Book of Mormon 14:54 First Solo Sunday Back 24:36 Quarantine Doubts Surface 37:32 Hard Questions Build Faith 48:20 Stay With Him Finale Mike’s Auto Shack https://mikesautoshack.com/ Serve Clothing code COMEBACK for 15% off https://serveclothing.com/ If you have a story to share please fill out the form: https://form.jotform.com/233109071625046 For inquiries contact info.comebackpodcast@gmail.com Come Back Team: Director, Founder, & Host: Ashly Stone Editor: Cara Reed Outreach Manager: Jenna Carlson Assistant Editor: Britt Smallze Art Director: Jeremy Garcia Production Director: Trent Wardwell

Jared Halverson on consecrating your faith crisis..”Jesus takes brokenness and turns it into beauty”
Recorded at our Fall Come Back to Christ Event in Provo, UT. “I’m grateful for all that Jesus does with our brokenness. He doesn’t believe in creation ex nihilo, creation out of nothing. We don’t believe in it. Jesus doesn’t do it that way. He takes stuff and if you have stuff then you have something to offer. If you have brokenness, if you have doubt, if you have concern, if you have questions, if you have sin, if you have struggle, if you have sorrow, if you have broken hearts and contrite spirits or even broken covenants, whatever you’ve got, it’s stuff. It’s matter. And if you will consecrate to God your crisis, he can create something beautiful.” 00:00 Mama Bear Moment 01:53 The Prodigal Party 03:25 Personal Prodigal Stories 13:12 The Role of a Judge 18:58 Gospel Tangents and Celestial Slingshots 32:05 The Fortunate Fall 35:45 Conclusion and Final Thoughts Memor Jewelry code COMEBACK for 10% offhttps://memorjewelry.com/ Serve Clothing code COMEBACK for 15% offhttps://serveclothing.com/Mike’s Auto Shackhttps://mikesautoshack.com/ If you have a story to share please contact ashly.comebackpodcast@gmail.com For inquiries contact info.comebackpodcast@gmail.com Come Back Team: Director, Founder, & Host: Ashly Stone Editor: Cara Reed Outreach Manager: Jenna Carlson Assistant Editor: Michelle Berger Assistant Editor: Britt Smallze Art Director: Jeremy Garcia Production Director: Trent Wardwell
Ashly Stone interviews Don Bradley at the FAIR Conference August 2025
“For those who are struggling with doubt, one thing that I would say is keep hold of the things that you do know are true. Don’t throw the baby out with the bath water. Whatever has worked in your life, spiritually, make sure you keep doing that. Don’t let yourself get so focused no the things that you are struggling with, or that are disturbing to you, that you stop doing those things. Those things can serve as an anchor.” If you have a story to share please contact ashly.comebackpodcast@gmail.com For inquiries contact info.comebackpodcast@gmail.com Come Back Team: Director, Founder, & Host: Ashly Stone Editor: Cara Reed Outreach Manager: Jenna Carlson Assistant Editor: Michelle Berger Assistant Editor: Britt Smallze Art Director: Jeremy Garcia Production Director: Trent Wardwell
Fertility trials sent Allie into a dark spiral, Jesus Christ gave her a reason to believe again
“When you’re in those dark moments or dark places, it’s hard to feel God, it’s hard to find him in your story. Looking back on my whole story, I was expecting an answer of him removing this sickness from me, and it was more so Him showing up in my story. I believe in a God who works 24/7. I don’t believe in coincidences. It’s easier to look back and see His fingerprint, but ultimately He’s there with you every step of the way, whether you see it or not.” Episode brought to you by Cozy Earth and Brickhouse Recovery Website: https://www.comebackpodcast.org Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/come.back.podcast Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100085100628137 Twitter: https://twitter.com/Come_Back_Pod Tik Tok: https://www.tiktok.com/@come.back.podcast If you have a story to share please contact: ashly.comebackpodcast@gmail.com For business inquiries contact: info.comebackpodcast@gmail.com Come Back Team: Director, Founder & Host: Ashly Stone Editor: Cara Reed Outreach Manager: Jenna Carlson Assistant Editor: Michelle Berger Assistant Editor: Britt Smallze Art Director: Jeremy Garcia Production Director: Trent Wardwell
Josh’s story of turning his back on Christ, only to one day realize…..Jesus never left him
“ I remember the last thing that he landed on was talking about Jesus Christ, and I just remember thinking like, oh my gosh, like, what am I doing? How am I doing this by myself? How am I thinking I can possibly get through this crazy time in my life… How am I doing this alone? So I said, you know what, I’m going to read the Book of Mormon, everything revolves around this book, right? Let’s see what it’s actually about.” Website: https://www.comebackpodcast.org Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/come.back.podcast/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100085100628137 Twitter: https://twitter.com/Come_Back_Pod Tik Tok: https://www.tiktok.com/@come.back.podcast If you have a story to share please contact: ashly.comebackpodcast@gmail.com For business inquiries contact: info.comebackpodcast@gmail.com Come Back Team: Director, Founder & Host: Ashly Stone Editor: Cara Reed Outreach Manager: Jenna Carlson Assistant Editor: Michelle Berger Art Director: Jeremy Garcia Production Director: Trent Wardwell
